This week, we said goodbye to our class of Junior Farmers: Mrs. Hidalgo’s 5th grade class from the Austin Jewish Academy celebrated three months of farm-based education with a day of chores, certifications, and cake. They made an invaluable contribution to our farm and we look forward to hosting Karen Hidalgo’s class in the Fall.
