Family Farm Day(s)
Saturdays, 10am-12pm

Returning this Spring from March through May!

Cost: $10 per person

Enjoy two hours of family fun on the farm! Receive a tour as well as get work in the field or on special projects. Each family fun day will be a different activity and exciting farm work.

Omnivores Dilemma Book Club
Date and Schedule TBD
Cost: $50

This special book club for home school students 6th -10th grade will read and discuss the book the Omnivores Dilemma, Young Readers Edition. In addition to the traditional book club discussion students will spend the second hour of the club applying their knowledge on the farm. Students should walk away with a better understanding of food systems, how a small farm operates, and ways to make positive changes in the world!

Beekeeping 101 Workshop
March 2016 (exact date TBD)
Cost: $30

Have your children come out to learn beekeeping basics, taught by Austin Honey Company. Mark and Raul(the beekeepers) have years of experience with bees and are excited to bring their knowledge to young bee enthusiasts. Children will get to view the observation hive, learn about bee behavior, as well as walk away with a sweet treat!
